Dostosowanie procesów operacyjnych systemów informatycznych zarządzania do wymogów strategicznej analityki biznesowej

Analysis of the literature on the subject allows us to see the research gap in the form of the lack of characterized requirements for adjusting processes in transactional pro-cessing systems at the operational level to the requirements of business intelligence at the strategic level. The dissertation characterizes information processes in management in-formation systems (MIS) and characterizes operational, tactical, and strategic information processes in MIS. The possibilities of adapting MIS operational processes to the tasks and requirements of the business intelligence of the selected organization were analyzed. The last chapter is devoted to verification of the possibility of adapting MIS operational pro-cesses to tasks supporting strategic development on the example of a selected organiza-tion. The dissertation proposes the construction of a generalized model for adapting op-erational processes to the requirements of a business intelligence strategy.
