Wpływ regulacji na zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwem obrotu gazem ziemnym

The dissertation was devoted to examination of the impact of compliance with the regulatory obligations regarding the obtaining tariff approval by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office for the sale of natural gas, maintenance of mandatory gas reserves and diversification of sources of natural gas supply to Poland, on the management of a natural gas trading companies. The purpose of the dissertation in the theoretical aspect is to verify the effectiveness of the intervention mechanism of economic authorities justified by the need to increase the social efficiency of the regulated system, while in the practical area - the search for optimal tactical solutions to strengthen the competitiveness of natural gas trading companies in Poland.
