Kulturowe funkcje mentoringu:

The work is a cultural analysis of business mentoring in view of Michel Foucault's concept of "pastoral practices". The research part of the thesis devoted to the reinterpretation of business mentoring practices in view of the concept of "pastoral practices" is qualitative. It is aimed at identifying the program of "pastoral practices" in mentoring. It is based on the research method of humanistic management "critical reading 4 of a text", which was embedded in the Foucauldian methodology of "problematisation"/"interpretive analytics", with a broad understanding of the category of "text" as various manifestations of discourse. The results of the work allow for the suggestion that from the cultural point of view, business mentoring can be considered a secularized form of pastoral ministry.
