Czynniki wpływające na model użytkowania infrastruktury teleinformatycznej w organizacji

The analysis of the literature on the subject makes it possible to notice a research gap in the form of the lack of a model allowing to evaluate what factors influence the ICT infrastructure management strategy in the organization. In this dissertation, an analysis of available models and methodologies was carried out, a survey of users of the company's computer equipment and managerial staff responsible for the development of appropriate procedures in this area were analyzed, which allowed for the identification of the main groups of factors influencing the usage of computer equipment in the organization. Then, it was proposed to build a general model illustrating the influence of factors on the usage of technology. At the final stage of the work were created recommendations for the managers in terms of building policies and procedures related to the management of computer infrastructure in the organization.
