Long ago on a faraway mountain, two identical baby girls are born on the very same day: one a princess, and the other a poor village girl. Beautiful Princess Anneliese is set to marry King Dominick, but she is secretly in love with her tutor, Julian. One day, by chance, she meets Erika, a pauper - the two girls look amazingly alike!
