Our Yoga Teacher Training course is based on Yoga practices with a connected lineage. Helping you deepen your own practice and learn to facilitate several types of Yoga, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Other modalities, including meditation, asana, pranayama, anatomy, and physiology, are explored in this course. Our mission is to create an in-depth learning experience that will help you show up with confidence and purpose.
